• State Licensed Physical / Occupational / Speech Therapist (PT, OT & ST): Provides mobility and pain management.
• Dietitian: Provides custom diet and nutrition education.
• Certified Home Health Aides: Assists with patient’s personal needs.
• Social Worker: Counseling/bereavement services and community referrals.
• Chaplains: Available to provide spiritual support to patient’s families & Caregivers.
